Pack soccer to host alumni games

PUEBLO, Colo. (February 12, 2015) – The Colorado State University-Pueblo men's and women soccer teams have announced its annual Alumni game for Saturday, February 28 at the Art & Lorraine Gonzales Complex.

The women's game will be played at 12:30 p.m. with the men's game at 3 p.m. A dinner/social event will follow at Manhattan's Restaurant (1110 W US Hwy 50) at 6:30 p.m.

After the conclusion of both games, alumni will be given a tour of the new locker room/office complex being constructed at Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium. The locker room complex is part of a $3 million dollar renovation of the facility that also includes a new SportsTurf playing surface, a 450-person grand stand area, and permanent restrooms and concession stand.

The renovation is being funded by private donations and fund raising efforts are still underway to help cover the costs of the new facility. Todd Kelly, CSU-Pueblo Foundation President/CEO, will give a presentation on how alums can help support this new facility.
