PUEBLO, Colo. (March 26, 2017) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's golf team will host the Pack Spring Invite Monday and Tuesday at Walking Stick Golf Course in Pueblo. The event features six teams and is scheduled for a 9 a.m. shotgun start each day.
The six teams include the ThunderWolves, Adams State University, Chadron State College, Dodge City CC, Metro State University of Denver and Northwestern Oklahoma State. The course layout is a 6,000-yard, par 72. The 36-hole tournament will consist of 18 holes both Monday and Tuesday.
Live scoring will not be available. Results from each round will be posted on gothunderwolves.com.
The Pack's five players are Jacquelyn Porman (Sr., Gilbert, Ariz.), Courtney Ewing (So., Pueblo West, Colo.), Jolene Kam (So., Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia), Gabby Segura (Fr., Kingwood, Texas) and Tori Goodman (So., Peyton, Colo.).
The ThunderWolves are coming off a 10th place finish in the windy Las Vegas Desert Classic, March 6-7. The event opened the spring season for the team, as Porman was CSU-Pueblo's top golfer with an 86-76--162 (+18) to finish 22nd.
