PUEBLO, Colo. (April 4, 2018) - Join the Colorado State University-Pueblo track and field programs at the 2018 Youth Pack Relays Track & Field Meet, Wednesday, April 25 from 4-6:30 p.m. at the Neta & Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl. Children ages 4-10 are eligible to sign up for just $10 with all proceeds benefiting the Parkview Medical Center Kidsville® Pediatric Unit.
The $10 entry fee includes a choice of three events to compete in and all who pre-register will be guaranteed a T-shirt. Registration begins at 3:30 p.m. with the events beginning at 4 p.m.
The available events for each age group are as follows:
Ages 4-6: 50m, 100m, long jump, mini javelin, frisbee throw and the 4x100m relay
Ages 7-8: 100m, 200m, 400m, long jump, mini javelin, frisbee throw, 4x100m relay
Ages 9-10: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, long jump, mini javelin, high jump, 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay

ABOUT PARKVIEW KIDSVILLE® PEDIATRIC UNIT
Parkview Medical Center's Pediatric Unit, called Kidsville® provides competent, quality health care to children and their families in a safe, nurturing, and comforting environment. We provide age appropriate care to meet the needs of each individual child. Our pediatric nurses are certified in PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support that is a specialized training course teaching life saving techniques for pediatric patients. Our Kidsville nursing staff has over 200 years of pediatric nursing experience.
Our 11 bed unit cares for a wide range of conditions and offers patients many conveniences they have at home including; flatscreen televisions, DVD/VCR players, Nintendo Gamecube and Wii. We provide service for children a few days old through age 17.
