2018 RMAC All-Academic Release

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 25, 2018) - Five members of Colorado State University-Pueblo softball earned a spot on the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Honor Roll announced by league officials.

Colorado Mesa's McKenzie Surface was named Academic Player of the Year as she holds a 3.89 majoring in Psychology.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must carry a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and must have been an active student at the institution for at least two consecutive semesters or three consecutive quarters (RMAC Manual 3.4.2).

Pack players earning recognition are:

Michaela Burpee (Jr., Union City, Calif.)  3.94 GPA Sociology (Criminology) / Psychology

K'Lee Kent (Sr., Hobbs, NM)  3.32 GPA Psychology

Gabby Moreno (So., Scottsdale, Ariz.)  3.61 GPA Biology (Biomedical Science)

Jordan Sheard (Jr., Broomfield, Colo.)  3.78 Business Management (Marketing)

Alyssa Ubrun (Sr., Olympia, Wash.) 3.49 EXHPR (Teacher Prep K-12)


As a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, Colorado State University – Pueblo competes in 22 varsity sports in NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics.
