PUEBLO, Colo. (February 21, 2017) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo men's soccer team will host the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, a member of the United Soccer League, March 8 at 5:30 p.m. at the Art & Lorraine Gonzales Soccer Stadium.
For a third year in a row the ThunderWolves will face the Switchbacks who compete in the 30-team league.
The game will be free of charge and is a great opportunity for the public to come out and watch the ThunderWolves in action.
"This is a great chance for the fans to come to Gonzales Stadium and check out some quality soccer," said Pack Head Coach Roy Stanley.
The Switchbacks open their preseason Feb. 22 against the Colorado Rapids Academy and the regular season set to begin March 25 at Tulsa Roughnecks FC.
The Joel Huber-coached Switchbacks are scheduled to face fellow RMAC squads UCCS and Colorado Mines along with the ThunderWolves this spring.
The ThunderWolves begin their spring schedule in March.
