during the weekend that will guarantee fun for the entire family,
all while supporting ThunderWolves athletics.
The remodel of Massari Arena will be unveiled to the public as the ThunderWolves' men's and women's basketball teams take on New Mexico Highlands on Friday, Feb. 22 and Western New Mexico on Saturday, Feb. 23. Both games are crucial for the ThunderWolves, as both the men's and women's squads are competing for one of eight spots in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Shootout, the conference's postseason tournament. Tip-off times for the games will be at 6 p.m. for the women and 8 p.m. for the men.
The third annual "Take a Kid to the Game" celebration will take place during the Feb. 22 game against New Mexico Highlands. Youth, ages 12 and younger, will receive a free ticket with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket. In addition to the games that evening, a Kid's Fun Zone including a coloring table, poster-making table, prize giveaways, and an autograph session with the ThunderWolves men's and women's teams, will be available. A special performance by Rocky, the Denver Nuggets Official Mascot, will occur during halftime of the men's and women's games. Rocky also will be available for autographs and photos.
The Fourth Annual Loaf N' Jug/CSU-Pueblo Youth Basketball Shootout will take place on Thursday, Feb. 21, with the finals taking place during the Feb. 23 games against Western New Mexico.
