Colorado Christian brings a 13-21 record into their series with the Pack. The Cougars own a 7-13 record in RMAC play.

Stan Sanchez will look for the 801st win over his career Thursday. He won his 800th game of his tenure at CSU-Pueblo Sunday against Adams State University.  The win was also the program's 800th win since the program restart in 1994.

On Thursday the Pack will send Kyle Lazcano (Sr., Anaheim Hills, Calif.) to the mound for the series opener against the Cougars. Lazcano earned RMAC Pitcher of the Week honors Tuesday. He pitched a complete game nine-inning shutout against Adams State. Lazcano struck out a career-high 13 Grizzlies and did not issue a walk.

Bret Ricklefs (Jr., Topeka, Kan.) anchors a Pack bullpen that found a groove last weekend.  The Pack's bullpen allowed just two earned runs in 15 innings against the Grizzlies and New Mexico Highlands University.

Ricklefs has four saves on the season and worked five scoreless innings in last weekend's pod.  Josh Nuernberg (Sr., Las Vegas, Nev.) also threw 5.1 innings without surrendering an earned run vs. the Grizzlies and the Cowboys.

Gilbert Sauceda (So., Indio, Calif.) leads the RMAC with 24 walks. He reached base in nine of 17 trips in last weekend's pod, posting an on-base percentage of .529.

Derron Davis (Sr., Las Vegas, Nev.) posted a team-best .500 average over the team's last four games.  Davis drove in five runs in the Pack's Sunday win over the Grizzlies.

One of the teams the Pack is currently tied with is the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. The ThunderWolves will face the Mountain Lions in the team's annual Pack the Park event Friday April 28 at Runyon Field to open the four-game series.
