PUEBLO, Colo. (February 8, 2018) - Colorado State University-Pueblo's Katie Cunningham (Sr., Aurora, Colo.) and Cody Johnson (Sr., Broken Arrow, Okla.) have been named Pack Student-Athletes of the Week, presented by Mobile Record Shredders.

On the men's side, Johnson didn't allow No. 11 Sam Alnassiri of San Francisco State University to take him down, as he pulled off the 6-2 decision win and upset to earn the title.

Johnson won his first match by a close 6-4 decision, then produced some bonus points for the Pack with a first period pin at 2:17 to reach the semifinal bout. He won 5-2 in the match to reach his first RMAC title match.

The women's hoops team returns home Saturday for a pivotal matchup with Westminster College. Tipoff with the Griffins is set for 5:30 p.m. at Massari Arena. The wrestling team wrap the dual season Monday at New Mexico Highlands.
